It also provides significant amounts of iodine, zinc, vitamins, potassium and phosphorous.


Several studies have stated that regularly drinking tea or green tea reduces the risk of Alzheimer’s, cancer, diabetes and additionally make the gums and teeth stronger. Tea is found with abundant antioxidants called flavonoids when it is freshly brewed.
